In this program we discuss how Euthanasia and Racism relate to how one reads the opening chapters of the Book of Genesis and find that evolution is foundational to these destructive issues. It is my opinion that, in most cases, when one wishes to make the opening chapters of the book of Genesis figurative it is for the purpose of accommodating the evolution viewpoint. Not only is this bad exegesis (drawing out what the Bible says), but it has horrific implications.

Secular Humanism is often the result of embracing atheistic evolution, i.e. man is the result of a long process of chance mutations resulting from the Big Bang that occurred some 18-20 billion years ago. There is no God or Creator. When man dies there is nothing, not even the memories of what transpired during their lifetime. There is no purpose nor design to man’s existence. The consequences of this world view are horrific.

On this program we discuss how the opening chapters of the Book of Genesis relate to Moral Absolutes. Since man is not absolute in knowledge, how can man determine whether something is morally wrong or right? How does man determine whether something is or is not amoral (neither right nor wrong in and of itself)? For the Christian the foundation of moral absolutes is found in the Book of Genesis and the fact that it is the inspired (God-breathed) Word of God who is absolute in knowledge.
